plusph11 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "plusph11," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the plusph11 platform accessible at https://plusph11.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the plusph11 website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related gaming services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the plusph11 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cashable balance credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the plusph11 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

plusph11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the plusph11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of plusph11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.

To access real-money gaming on plusph11, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. plusph11 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. plusph11 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, plusph11 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

The name on your plusph11 Account must exactly match the name on your registered GCash, PayMaya, or bank account. Mismatches will delay withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the plusph11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). plusph11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. plusph11 does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals; however, bank-imposed fees may apply to interbank transfers.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. plusph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). plusph11 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

plusph11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

plusph11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

6.3 Withdrawal of Real Money Funds

Where a Player's Wallet contains both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are used for wagering first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Players may withdraw Real Money Funds at any time, subject to KYC completion; however, doing so before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds.

All games available on the plusph11 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated by plusph11.

7.1 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on the Platform has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout rate. RTP figures are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results in any given session may differ significantly from the stated RTP.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, plusph11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. plusph11 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's Wallet updated accordingly upon reconnection. plusph11 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph11 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to plusph11 immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plusph11 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

plusph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for Filipino players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 Minor Protection

plusph11 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you share a device with individuals under 21 years of age, you must ensure that your Account is logged out and your credentials are not accessible to them. plusph11 will cooperate fully with any investigation involving underage access to the Platform.

All content on the plusph11 Platform — including but not limited to the plusph11 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of plusph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from plusph11.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the plusph11 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of plusph11's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond plusph11's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information, game statistics, or promotional materials published on the Platform.

plusph11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plusph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Player has opened multiple Accounts.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet (after deduction of any amounts owed to plusph11) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the plusph11 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

plusph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, government ID details, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact plusph11's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. plusph11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint.

14.2 Formal Proceedings

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally.

14.3 Complaints

Formal complaints regarding the Platform may be submitted in writing to the plusph11 support team. All complaints are acknowledged within two (2) business days and investigated in good faith. plusph11 is committed to fair and transparent complaint handling for all Filipino players.

plusph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — plusph11 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice displayed upon login. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
